Terms & Conditions

1. Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must give us true information, including your real name and a working email address, and keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Accounts cannot be shared, sold or transferred.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You agree to follow all laws that apply to you, including the rules for online marketing where you live.

2. Your membership and how you pay

A membership lasts one year. Right now it costs $40, which is our founding price. The price shown on the Join page when you pay is the price you pay, and it can change for people who join or renew later. Today it is paid in two separate payments:

• $20 to GoBeaug Links (the company), paid by card through Stripe.
• $20 to your sponsor, the member who is placed above you under our compensation plan. This payment goes directly from you to them. They choose how they accept it: by card, or by sending money through PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or Bitcoin.

Your account stays locked until both payments are complete. When you pay a sponsor outside our system, you must give the real transaction number from your payment. Your sponsor checks their account and confirms it. Giving a false transaction number, or claiming a payment you did not make, will end your membership.

GoBeaug Links is not a bank or a payment processor. We do not hold, collect or guarantee the sponsor's $20. Any fees charged by a payment app, bank or card are your responsibility. If you and a sponsor disagree about a payment, you will first try to settle it between you. We may review the facts and, at our discretion, confirm or end an account.

3. Renewal and no automatic charges

Your membership does not renew by itself. We never charge you automatically. To keep your membership for another year, you pay the two parts again before your year ends, at the price we charge at that time. That price may be higher than what you paid before, and we show it to you before you pay. We may email you a reminder, but it is your responsibility to renew.

• Grace period: after your year ends you have 10 days to renew.
• If you do not renew within those 10 days, your membership ends. The people placed under you move up to your sponsor.
• If you come back later, you join again as a new member. Your earlier team, position and sales history are not restored.

4. How the member portion works

When someone joins through your link, their sponsor payment of $20 is decided by a simple rule, counted by confirmed memberships you refer:

• Your 1st, 3rd, 5th and every later referral: the $20 is paid to you, and the new member is placed under you.
• Your 2nd and 4th referral: the $20 passes up to your sponsor, and the new member is placed under your sponsor.
• If nobody is above you, the owner of GoBeaug Links is the sponsor.

For people to join under you, you must have at least one way of being paid turned on in your Payment Center. If you turn them all off, no one can join under you until you turn one back on.

We may improve or change the plan. Changes do not undo memberships that were already confirmed. Nothing in the plan is a promise that you will earn money. Please read the Disclaimer & Earnings Disclosure.

5. You are an independent member

You are not an employee, partner or agent of GoBeaug Links. You cannot speak for us, sign anything for us or make promises on our behalf.

Money you receive from other members is your own business income. You are responsible for any taxes on it, and for any records or filings the law requires. We do not withhold taxes from payments between members and we do not give tax, legal or financial advice. Please talk to a qualified professional.

6. Your pages and content

You keep ownership of what you put on your bio link page, referral site, blog and profile. You give us permission to host and show it as part of the Service. You promise that you have the right to use it and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights. Links you add must go to lawful websites.

7. Honest marketing rules

When you promote GoBeaug Links or your pages, you agree to all of this:

• No spam. Do not send unsolicited commercial messages, and follow the rules of every platform you use.
• No false or exaggerated income claims. Do not promise guaranteed or effortless income. If you share your own results, say clearly that results are not typical and that others may earn nothing, and link to our Disclaimer & Earnings Disclosure.
• Clear disclosure. Whenever you share a link that can earn you money, say so in plain words that people see before they click, such as "#ad" or "I earn a commission."
• Do not pretend to be us, another member, or anyone else. Do not use other people's names, photos or testimonials without permission.

8. What is not allowed

These are not allowed anywhere in the Service, on your pages, or in how you promote us:

• Adult or pornographic content or websites, or links to them.
• Anything illegal, including pirated software or content, hacking tools, scams, or gambling that breaks the law.
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, harassment or abuse of any person or group.
• Bots, scrapers or scripts that collect data from the Service or interfere with it, and any attempt to copy, break into or reverse-engineer our systems.
• Using someone else's payment details, making up transaction numbers, or opening more than one account to take advantage of the compensation plan.
• Harassing other members, our staff, or anyone using the Service.

9. Enforcement, closing and ending accounts

We may check activity in the Service. If you break these Terms, we may turn off your account, hide your pages and remove your content right away, at our discretion. When an account is turned off, access ends and the people placed under that member move up to their sponsor. Serious violations may be reported to the proper authorities.

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. After the first 7 days, closing your account does not entitle you to a refund (see our Refund Policy). Sections that by their nature should continue after an account ends (such as limits on our liability) will continue.

10. Emails and messages

By creating an account you agree to get emails about your account, your payments, renewals, and updates to the program. We try to keep general program emails to four or fewer a week. Account and payment messages do not count toward that number. Sponsors are also told by email and in the back office when someone joins under them or says they paid.

11. The Service is provided "as is"

We work to keep the Service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or secure. We may add, change or remove features. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind about the Service, including that it will meet your needs or produce any result.

12. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, GoBeaug Links and its owner, helpers and partners are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost income, that come from using or not being able to use the Service. This includes mistakes, delays, outages, other members' actions, and payments between members.

Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to GoBeaug Links in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

13. If a claim comes from your actions

You agree to cover the costs of any claim against GoBeaug Links that comes from your marketing, your content, or your breaking these Terms or the law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When there is an important change, we will tell you in the back office or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change is posted, you accept the new Terms. Changes do not undo payments that were already confirmed.

15. Which law applies

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, and any court case must be brought in the courts of Douglas County, Nebraska. Before anyone starts a case, we ask that you email us first so we can try to work it out.
