Refund Policy

A GoBeaug Links membership is a digital product. You get access to your back office, pages and tools as soon as both payments are confirmed. You have 7 days to change your mind and get the company's $20 back. After that, all sales are final.
1. Your 7-day refund
You can ask for a refund of the company's $20 within 7 days of paying it. Email [email protected] from the email address you joined with and say you want a refund. We will refund the $20 to the card you used, and your membership will end.
After those 7 days we do not give refunds, whether you use the tools or not. Please read the Terms, the Disclaimer & Earnings Disclosure and everything on the Join page before you pay. The price shown on the Join page when you pay is the total for that year ($40 right now), and there is never an automatic renewal or a surprise charge. If you renew later, the price may be different, and we show it to you before you pay.
2. Your two payments
- The company's $20: this policy applies to it.
- The sponsor's $20: this goes directly to your sponsor. GoBeaug Links does not hold it and cannot refund it. If you want to ask for it back, ask your sponsor. They decide whether to refund it.
3. When we will fix a payment
We will correct a mistake that is on our side. For example:
- You were charged twice for the same payment to the company.
- You were charged the wrong amount.
- Your company payment went through but your account was not set up because of a problem on our side.
Email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with your name, your email address and the date and amount. We aim to answer within 2 business days. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we will honor it.
4. Closing your membership
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. Because nothing renews by itself, there is nothing to cancel. After the first 7 days, closing your account does not return payments for the time that is left.
5. Disputes and chargebacks
If something looks wrong, please contact us first. We would rather fix it than have a bank dispute. We keep a record of your agreement to our terms and your payment confirmations, and we may give those records to a payment company to answer a dispute. An unfair chargeback may lead to your account being closed.
